Natalie Ferguson | Untitled
2016 | digital print |
This beautiful and detailed photograph by Winnipeg-based artist Natalie Ferguson has a double-take effect. It immediately grabs one’s attention with its saturated colour and close cropped-frame that equally rests on the surface and offers depth of field. But there is something else that keeps the eye resting on the image. There is an added sparkle. Ferguson has intervened, altering the landscape slightly with mesmerizing effect.
